The story of the Bozza Food Group starts in 1964 when Mike Bozza and his family left Naples,
Italy to settle down in New York. His family had passed down the art of pasta making through
generations. Mike’s father utilized the family’s recipes for artesian-style pasta to become one of
the most famous pasta businesses in New York and Bozza Food Group continues this tradition
