12/01/2008 Chef Hosea Rosenberg of Jax Fish House and Sous Chef Melissa Harrison of Centro are contestants in this season's Top Chef competition, which airs on Wednesdays at 8pm on Bravo. While competing with other chefs from all around the country, Rosenberg and Harrison will battle for the grand prize of $100,000, national exposure and official bragging rights.
