Anna Maria Larsen co-founded Larsen Consulting International to offer a personalized approach to retained executive search. By partnering with client companies, she identifies individuals who not only possess the required qualifications, but also fit the corporate culture. Over the past twenty years, she has conducted numerous searches throughout the country for a mix of large and small company clients. Through professionalism, thoroughness, and innovation, LCI has implemented a level of service beyond today’s standards of the executive search industry. Clients have ranged from food and beverage companies such as Golden Temple (Yogi Tea), Stroh’s Brewery, Coleman Natural Meats, and Earth’s Best Baby Foods, major corporations such as Qwest and First Data in Denver, to startup firms funded by venture capitalists like the Centennial Funds and Columbine Funds. Her recruiting background has also included such diverse industries as consumer products, health care, professional services, technology, manufacturing, and non-profits, thus enhancing her network for cross-industry placements.
